Alpaca walk – without your own alpaca (companion)

Service Description

This booking is for guests who would like to join the alpaca walk without leading their own alpaca. You will walk with the same group, at the same time and along the same route as those who have an alpaca, but as a companion—for example as a parent, grandparent, or friend. You’ll enjoy the same calm walk through the traditional mountain pasture landscape, with time for views, fresh air, and presence—just without the responsibility of handling an animal. This is a lovely option for anyone who wants to share the experience with others, but simply walk, watch, and take it all in. Price - NOK 200 per person (no alpaca) - Children under 10 must be accompanied by an adult. The child should be booked under “Alpaca walk – with your own alpaca”, and the accompanying adult should be booked here under “without alpaca (companion)”. Practical information - Time: Same tour as “Alpaca walk – with your own alpaca”, starts at 13:30 - Duration: Approx. 2 hours in total - Level: Easy to moderate trail, with a few gentle slopes - Meeting point: At the farmyard at Hylja, 10–15 minutes before departure - What to wear: Good shoes and clothing suitable for the weather If you are travelling together, we recommend deciding who books a place with an alpaca and who books as a companion, so we can easily see which bookings belong together in our calendar.
